Order Dispatch and Delivery:

Partial COD

1. Advance Payment Requirement:
Customers opting for Partial COD must pay an upfront, non-refundable fee of β‚Ή99 at the time of placing the order. This advance payment confirms the order and initiates the shipping process. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Advance Payment:
The β‚Ή99 advance payment is non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Order cancellation after dispatch
  • Refusal or failure to accept the order upon delivery.
  • Request for return or exchange of the product.
  • Failure to collect the order:
  • We will attempt delivery twice.
  • ⁠If the customer fails to collect the package on both attempts, the order will be returned to us, and the advance payment will be forfeited.

This charge covers expenses related to courier services, packaging, handling, and manpower involved in processing and shipping the order.

Reliable Courier Services:

We exclusively partner with reliable courier companies to ensure efficient and secure delivery. However, Justdrop cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by the Courier Company or due to factors beyond our control. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated timeframe mentioned in the order confirmation.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

In rare cases where delivery becomes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Justdrop, including but not limited to inadequate courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery location, or force majeure events, we will promptly notify you of the inability to deliver and proceed with canceling your order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to you.

Order Tracking:

For your convenience, we provide order tracking services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, enabling you to monitor the status of your shipment.
